Terms of Service & Privacy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Who we are

LIXA is a website audit and lead intelligence platform built for agencies, freelancers and operators who want to identify broken websites, generate audit reports and use those findings in client outreach.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, using the service or accessing any LIXA page, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

3. What the service does

LIXA may scan publicly accessible website pages, generate performance and issue summaries, store audit history, and help users organise lead and outreach workflows. Results are informational and should be reviewed before being relied on for commercial, technical or legal decisions.

4. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You must not use LIXA to abuse, overload, scrape unlawfully or disrupt third-party systems.
  • You must not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls or access restrictions.

5. Fair use, scans and plan limits

We may apply scan limits, usage limits, storage limits, or request limits depending on your plan. We reserve the right to slow, block or suspend abusive activity that risks service stability or third-party harm.

6. Payments and cancellations

If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees are billed on the schedule shown at checkout unless otherwise agreed. You can cancel future renewals at any time. Unless required by law, fees already paid are not automatically refundable.

7. Privacy and data we keep

We keep data needed to run the platform, secure accounts, improve reliability and show users their audit history. Depending on how you use LIXA, this may include:

  • Account details such as name, email address, account ID and subscription status.
  • Authentication and session data such as hashed credentials, login timestamps, tokens or security-related events.
  • Audit data such as scanned URLs, issue summaries, report outputs, cached scan results, timestamps and related metadata.
  • Lead and workflow data you save in the platform, such as notes, labels, outreach context and prioritisation details.
  • Basic product analytics, error logs and usage events needed to monitor performance, rate limits, abuse prevention and reliability.

We do not claim ownership of your business data. We use service providers and infrastructure tools needed to host and operate LIXA. We may retain logs, backups and records for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling and service continuity.

8. How we use data

  • To create and manage accounts.
  • To run scans, generate reports and display saved results.
  • To secure the platform and detect abuse.
  • To support billing, plan enforcement and customer support.
  • To improve performance, stability and product quality.

9. Data retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Where possible, you may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some records may be retained in backups, logs or where legally required.

10. Availability and no guarantee

LIXA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect detection accuracy, or that every report will be error-free, complete or suitable for a particular sales outcome.

11. Prohibited use

  • Using the platform for unlawful activity.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with or overload the service.
  • Using the service to send spam, abusive campaigns or misleading claims.
  • Uploading or storing data you do not have the right to use.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create operational risk, abuse system resources, or create legal or security issues for LIXA, its users or third parties.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIXA and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the platform. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we may update the date above and publish the revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
